Our Review: In our opinion, Merchant Warehouse is a great company and is actually who we have our own merchant accounts with. Specifically, in our opinion, two things bring them ahead of the competition. First, they do not advertise their fees on their website or publically. This isn't because they are higher than most, it is because they believe that many businesses actually don't understand all the terms and fees associated with a merchant account and they want to ensure you don't to someone and fully understand what you are signing up for.
Second, they guarantee that they will match competitor's prices. Since there is no contract length for merchant accounts at Merchant Warehouse, this essentially means they have to match competitor's prices across the length of your relationship. To take advantage of this policy, always make sure to get quotes from other companies both when you initially open your account and then every 6 months or so to make sure the rates continue to be the lowest out there.
Finally, they have incredible customer service. You will experience this the first time you call and it will continue throughout your time with them. Specifically, we love the fact that they have dedicated support personal for account management and technical support, including your own dedicated account manager.
